My philosophy for life and massage is that intention creates reality. I believe that intention creates reality, and my intention is to treat all of my clients to the best of my ability, and to assist them in their journey to wellness in mind, body and spirit.
I graduated from the Healing Arts Center in St. Louis in 2016, where I learned Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, and Reiki. Since graduating, I have been attuned to Reiki Master/Teacher, learned three levels of Pranic Healing, and taken training in Lymphatic Drainage Massage, and foot Reflexology.
In 2018, I began volunteering with Seasons Hospice in St. Louis doing Reiki and will be training in hospice massage.
All active and retired military, LEOs and first responders always receive a 10% discount off of any service and I donate 5% of my fees to suicide prevention.
***Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice by calling, texting, or by sending an email. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. "No call/no show" will result in a 100% fee.
