INTENTIO is located near downtown Mountain View, just a block from CalTrain. We have a staff of 7 coaches who work together to help clients achieve their health goals through EXERCISE, NUTRITION and RECOVERY coaching.

Tara is the General Manager and has 15 years experience in the health, fitness and wellness field. She mentors the rest of the team, develops our signature, proven program, and makes sure clients are taken care of.
Our massage rooms are located upstairs away from the gym space, which makes it quiet and private. A one-time or a regular massage appointment will do wonders for your performance in sports as well as at work.
We believe exercise, nourishment and bodywork is a necessity for your health and happiness - it just happens to also be a treat!
