*We do have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel/no-show less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a $30 fee.
*We do not refund gift cards or gift certificates purchased online or in person. Gift cards/certificates may be used for other services than what they are purchased for, used to purchase retail products or gifted to someone else. We do NOT refund cash for gift cards/certificates.
