ILo Wellness was born from Ida's passion for healing from the inside out. She values the importance of proper nutrition as well as body work for total body wellness. Her philosophy is to find joy in feeling well. Ilo means JOY in Finnish, her native language. She is a licensed massage therapist, a certified nutritional consultant and Vodder trained manual lymphatic drainage therapist.
