Her dedication and passion for education has afforded her training in many bodywork techniques. She is a Certified Cupping Practitioner with an Advanced Certification in Neuromuscular Cupping. She has completed advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder method), Advanced Myofascial Release techniques, Myoskeletal Alignment and SMRT (a positional release technique). She has 35 years of experience in the Healthcare industry and feels very comfortable working with clients who have complicated medical histories and/or injuries.
Health and fitness has always been an integral part of her life. She teaches Indoor Cycling and Stretch and Balance classes at the Hampton Y. She participates in Pilates and yoga classes and lives a busy, active life with her husband and 2 rescue dogs. She couldn't have come this far without the help of Massage Therapy! You'll know you're in good hands the moment you relax in Paige's beautiful, home treatment studio. Her experience, professionalism and compassionate demeanor blend together, providing a wellness experience for body, mind and spirit.
