Modalities commonly used at Healing Waves are Sports Massage, neuromuscular techniques, myofascial release, Cranial Sacral therapy, Swedish, trigger point release, and deep tissue massage. Active and passive range of motion and sports-style stretching will leave your body feeling recovered and ready to tackle daily life with newfound energy, and gently corrected posture.
Prenatal massage is also available. With over 2 years of OB/GYN medical experience in the military as well as certification in prenatal massage through the Colorado School of Healing Arts, expecting mothers are welcome and encouraged at Healing Waves.
