The whole concept of Health Wellness N' Happiness as a mobile massage service, HWH Mobile Massage, was developed because of the high startup and overhead costs a facility. First, we needed to get our distinct style of medical massage known by the people. We did this by working vigorously in a wide variety of holistic healthcare clinics and/or spas being professional body workers or Certified Massage Therapists (CMT). Along the way we happen to meet and work alongside of many fine therapists, practitioners and/or doctors, who have always seen eye to eye with us and came to appreciate the fine skill set of the medical massage modalities that we were all taught. Together with superior and professional table side manners it was seen that we all have the ability to soften up soft tissues like they have never seen before, and for most who have got onto the table do understand the true meaning of a medical massage.
Many clients enjoy the deep tissue modality offered by our massage therapists, and as we matured over the years, we have all became very precise and particular medical massage therapists who can most certainly alleviate most, if not all, of your aches and pains. We then began to combine our specialties and stack our abilities to develop a very distinct array of methods, modalities and approaches for managing one’s soft tissue needs. With this style of a therapeutic massage it allows us to cultivate each massage into a specially tailored session for each client’s specific soft tissue needs. For proper organization, some will offer a way to stretch the region out, as others will drain the scar tissue and loosen it all being within each distinct soft tissue problem we feel to help you reduce the everyday aches and pains. Following a session, it's always advised to drink plenty of water because this is the only way your body will rid itself of unwanted scar tissues or lymph. It may also be helpful to use some physical agents such as heat to soothe away the soreness or discomforts that may follow any medical or seep tissue massage therapy session. Remember, soreness will always walk away in time, but pain stays for after hours and nags you until you need to take the necessary steps to reduce or eliminate it.
With the hands-on experience we all share with each other, we have gained vast amounts of knowledge through the hundreds, to thousands, of bodies that we have all worked on through the years. During this time, we found that each body had its own distinct soft tissue demands, but today with our extensive number of tools at our fingertips we found that helping people with their pain relief was a talent that we all have acquired. We enjoy educating clients of their bodies needs and will give them a degree of pain relief that many will deem as remarkable. We show our clients that there is way to function and operate properly without having those daily aches and pains. Using all these experiences we've had, we have gained a knowledge of how to address each and everyone's soft tissues needs, and we know how to repair them using a total holistic approach through massage. We always aim to give each client the best massage therapy that their money can buy, and at the same time it's always given for a very reasonable rate.

All Veterans get a generous 30% discount from the top, and as we believe it, without your sacrifices there would be no country that we all call home. It's a requirement for all our therapists to be quite understanding and take your distinct situation into the highest of concerns. Because your needs are the most important thing to us and we are most certain that with massage therapy, and/or energy work, we will be able to show you the way to enjoy life as it should be.
Please, ask about the “Promise Plan” rates and check out our Membership options... These have all been designed to save your hard earned money, but even if that’s to high we do make special rate reductions for people who are on fixed incomes, are single parents and most definitely our Veterans. Most higher end spas, holistic health care centers or even doctor offices find it hard to compete with our rates. We have made it so you will save more with the more massages you book! We also drop our rates for those who buy packages in advance and to give your massage to family or a friend it's as easy as your confirming their appointment.
Now, we have our own private massage studios in secluded areas throughout the west valley. They are only offered to those who are invited and/or do not have the physical space to set up a massage table. Also it's another way for you to save even more by coming to us at our Health Wellness N’ Happiness locations in West Hills, Box Canyon or now even Chatsworth. We will knock off an extra $20 off our already very reasonable rates for your massage! In the booking platform you would book it under In Office Services and when your therapists sees the booked appointment, and agrees with it, they will send you a text message with the address and/or explained directions on how to gain access to our private and secluded massage therapy areas. We will always confirm as quick as possible, but please give us 24 hours to reply. Don't forget to always give us at least a 24-hour notice in making any cancellations or when altering any appointment. We are very busy therapists and we always look forward to offering you the very best service. With this notice it will only insure that we will arrive on time and be where we are supposed to be when you need us.
In the year 2021, we are proud to announce, that Health Wellness and Happiness will be opening out own Wellness Center. We will be opening the doors of our own distinct Medi Spa experience. It's somewhere you can just go to escape the everyday, same old repeating hassles of everyday life in the city. We are hoping to offer many different aspects of holistic health as we know it today... We are aiming to offer you all in the same location Acupuncture, Massage, Hydrotherapy, Meditation, Integrative Nutrition, Reiki, Yoga, and possibly even more. But in time, together, we are hoping that we may design a total holistic approach to your health and wellness that rest assured will only lead to your happiness.
