I feel passionately motivated to provide safe space for others to expand upon their own capacities to reach health and wellness goals. Helping people to feel deeply relaxed and freed up from the everyday tension patterns we all carry around is one of the most rewarding practices for me. I offer Myofascial, Swedish, and Integrative massage. I began working as a massage therapist in 2012 and specialize in working with athletes on injury recovery and performance enhancement. I tailor my technique to the unique needs of each client. A massage with me is an opportunity to be guided by a practitioner who is committed to providing quality service and holding safe space for their clients.
