Everything in the universe vibrates at a unique frequency. When we do not feel well or are in pain, we vibrate at a lower frequency. My goal as your therapist is to help you assess what areas of soft tissue damage or inflammation, you want to focus on and reverse.
I specialize in Medical Style Massage, which incorporates many different massage techniques, in order to reduce pain, increase functionality and ROM (Range of Motion) and to help reduce anxiety and depression. I have vast knowledge of many different medical issues that affect muscle and soft tissue dysfunction. 90-95% of my clients suffer from chronic pain issues related to injuries, or inherited conditions.
The types of massage (modalities) that I specialize in are: Medical Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Acupressure, Reflexology, and Reiki.
