I graduated from Lakeside School of Massage Therapy and have been a therapist for over 13 years. I specialize in therapeutic, deep tissue work. I like to focus on a few areas of concern per session with the goal of relieving pain and increasing mobility. I utilize hot stones, aromatherapy, trigger point work, joint mobilization and very site specific work to help relieve pain.
