May you be happy. May you be healthy. May you be whole.
Oct 2025 update -
New state, new office space info, new practice days! I'm thrilled to announce that I'll be practicing out of The Grand Center for Arts & Culture, a super cool historic building in downtown New Ulm, Minnesota. I'll just be there Tuesdays and Saturdays for now, but more days/hours to come in the upcoming months as I start to rebuild my practice here in Minnesota.
New clients, please text/call (614.361.4319) or email me (embody.massage.yoga@gmail.com) to chat about what you're looking for and see if we'll be a good match (read more about me below to get a feel for my style and modalities). Please note that because my availability is limited, I am primarily accepting new clients on a referral basis only, so please let me know who sent you my way when you reach out. Once we get you set up in the scheduling system we can book your first appointment. After the first one, you're welcome to book yourself online. Looking forward to seeing you soon!
Sept 2025 update-
Well, Ohio, that’s just about a wrap!! My schedule is totally booked through my last day of work (Sept. 12th). If you’re an existing client and would like to get on the call list in case of any cancellations over the next week, please text me (no new clients at this time).
Minnesota, I’m hoping to be ready to start seeing clients (for some limited hours, initially) by October. I’ll be in or around the New Ulm/Sleepy Eye area, so keep an eye on this space or my facebook page for updates on where exactly I will be practicing.
If you’d like to get on my email list to be first to hear about available hours, drop me a message at embody.massage.yoga@gmail.com.

**2025 update - I will be moving out of state in the fall (mid-September), so I am not accepting any new clients in Ohio at this time.
If you are an existing client and can't find an opening on the schedule, please text me and I can add you to the wait list to be contacted in case of cancellations.
Minnesota folks, updates to come on where I will be practicing, and look forward to seeing you soon!
--------------
Founded in 2015 by Anne Reilly, LMT (she/her), Embody offers customized therapeutic massage, cupping, bamboo massage, massage for people living with cancer, corporate chair massage, as well as end-of-life/hospice massage services.
I am a solidly mid-range pressure therapist, and I don't believe that massage has to hurt to be effective (so if you're looking for super deep tissue and like to be sore for 3 days after a massage, I am probably not your best fit). Most of my clients have various physical complaints, injuries, or aches & pains that they are there to address, so I definitely have a therapeutic emphasis and you will feel like we have done some work after a session. However, part of the beauty of massage is the calming effect it has on our nervous systems, so I believe in encouraging and working with that aspect of treatment as well.
I have an eclectic approach to massage, and often tell clients that my massage style is compilation of every massage I've ever gotten and every class I've ever taken. Depending on what issues and concerns a client presents with, a session may include some deep tissue or trigger point work, Swedish massage techniques, Thai massage techniques (like stretching, compressions, or sen line work), some myofascial release, use of warm bamboo sticks (to help warm up and relax the muscles), or some moving or static cupping techniques. I don't charge extra for various modalities, so you will pay the same price (detailed under the Service Menu) regardless of what techniques or tools I might use during a session.
I look forward to hearing more about what has motivated you to seek out massage therapy, and to becoming a part of your wellness team.
Existing clients may book a session using the Service Menu or Book Now tabs above. If you are a new client, please reach out via email (embody.massage.yoga@gmail.com) or text/call 614.361.4319 to begin the process of getting you set up as a client in my system.
Regarding traveling services: if you are in need of in-home end-of-life or hospice massage for yourself or a loved one, or if you are interested in bringing corporate chair massage to your workplace, please reach out to me to discuss via email (embody.massage.yoga@gmail.com) or text/phone at 614.361.4319.
