Each of my sessions is customized to meet your specific needs by using the modalities which will best serve in achieving your desired outcome.
PAIN RELIEF AND MOBILITY ISSUES
For the times when you are seeking relief from pain and want to resolve mobility issues your session will be more physically-oriented focusing on the muscles and tissues using Neuromuscular Therapy, Therapeutic touch and/or Cupping techniques.
NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET
This session is for those whose nervous system needs to slow down. It is a combination of Acupressure, Craniosacral Unwinding, Vagus Nerve Support. Tuning forks, essential oils and breath work for calming your nervous system may be part of treatment. This session will help rebalance your energy, bring peace and tranquility.
LIGHT TOUCH APPROACH
When you are seeking a light-touch approach, I will incorporate Craniosacral Unwinding and/or Reiki which combines physical and energetic techniques with conscious languaging to help you tap into your body’s innate healing process to restore balance and awareness.
DIGESTIVE & FEMININE REPRODUCTIVE SUPPORT
For those who are seeking Abdominal Therapy, I will focus on abdomen area to increase blood, lymph, and energy circulation. It may improve blood flow to digestive organs, reposition reproductive organs. Along with promoting relaxation, allowing the nervous system to regulate and allow for a sense of calmness in mind and body.
PLANT MEDICINE INTEGRATION
Support integration process through a variety of hands on healing modalities, including massage and energetic techniques. I will hold space with heart centered communication so one may process their experience in a safe way. This session may help bridge the mind and body so that their new found wisdom may be grounded into ones life.

And for the times when you want to create more clarity and freedom in your life, I can support you in transforming the negative thoughts, feelings and memories that may be holding you back with an intention setting process that uses essential oils called the Aroma Freedom Technique.
