Hi there! My name is Cindy and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and graduate of Bellevue Massage School. I also hold a bachelor's degree from the University of Washington Bothell in Health Studies and Health Education and Promotion. I am very passionate about bodywork for sports performance, rehabilitation, injury recovery, and mobility. I love to educate my clients as well to better understand their bodies and improve function. I use a variety of techniques in my massages including Swedish, deep tissue, positional release, active release, trigger point therapy, cupping, and scraping.
