I attended Maryland Institute for massage in Catonsville Maryland. I am a Maryland state licensed LMT with 15 years of experience in modalities to include Neuromuscular, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Rossiter, Myofascial, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports, Oncology, Light Touch Compassionate Care, Cupping, GuaSha and Reiki Practitioner. I am very spiritual and compassionate in nature and believe in a holistic approach to pain relief, suffering and the journey towards wellness. My goal is to have each client reach a balanced, peaceful and relaxed state of mind/body after each session and establish a plan going forward to continued wellness. My belief is that wellness comes from identifying all of the contributing factors in life such as work/job, sleep patterns, nutrition, posture, emotional, physical and mental stressors that affect the human body and create gentle changes that lead you back to a state of homeostasis or wellbeing.
