Experience pain relief from injuries, accidents, poor posture, and stress-related tension with massage therapy!
Hello! My name is Pamela Moody, Licensed Massage Therapist at Dancing Hands Massage Therapy. I received massage to battle job related overuse injuries and agonizing chronic pain. It made such a difference with pain relief that my quality of life was greatly improved. I was so excited... I wanted to share the profound healing of touch with others and help them experience pain relief like I did! I have been studying and practicing massage since 1998 and I still love it! I am happy I have the skills to improve client's physical and emotional well-being. Being in pain all the time is no fun, and if you are reading this right now, I imagine you may be having some pain of your own that needs addressed. I will most likely be able to help with massage, as well as offer some other suggestions to facilitate your healing process.
With my education, experience, and compassion, I am able to help people with a wide range of conditions, including whiplash, TMJD, plantar fascitis, tennis elbow, low back pain, sciatica, migraines and tension headaches, thoracic outlet syndrome, frozen shoulder, knee pain, and more. Even if you aren't having any pain, massage can help decrease anxiety, improve sleep, improve concentration, increase circulation, improve posture, increase range of motion and flexibility, reduce swelling, and more. This leads to an increased sense of well-being and who doesn't want that?
