I graduated Texas Woman's University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. During my last semester of college, I completed a 350 hour internship program at REACT in Addison, TX. Five years later, I now am one of their top lead trainers and work with a team of specialists that help individuals recover from different types of neurological disabilities and traumas. I expanded my knowledge and obtained a license in Massage Therapy in hopes to restore movement and provide guidance to a pain free life through the power of bodywork and exercise. I strive to be the health professional one chooses in the DFW area to help facilitate their recovery to feel and move better. I dedicate myself into the work I perform by providing high quality services to surpass a client's expectations. I take pride in the ability to build relationships with everyone I cross paths to help them reach their health and wellness goals. I want to guide my clients to better understand their body in order for them to get the optimal recovery. In order to give my clients quality service, I always diversifies myself to different techniques and incorporates modalities together to customize a client's session each time they come to see me.
