Cortland’s Holistic Health practice began in 2015 after studying at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego. He specializes in relieving sciatica and low back pain with deep tissue and assisted stretching techniques. Cortland has training in longer-form deep tissue and relaxation massage, 90 min and 120 min, and energy work.
A sound bath experience at the Integratron in Joshua Tree inspired his interest in sound healing. After researching the science behind this ancient practice, he began creating and posting binaural beats meditation videos on YouTube. This interest became a passion. Cortland uses his Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, with a growing list of other instruments, to create music and practice sound therapy.
