Clay Springs is a peaceful space rooted in nature and designed to support deep rest and renewal. Through personalized, intentional bodywork, I help you release what the body is holding so you can return to yourself and move forward with clarity and ease.

Appointment Policies-

Late Arrivals- To honor the time of all clients, sessions begin and end at the scheduled time, if you arrive late.

• Your session will end at the originally scheduled time.
• The full session fee will still apply
• If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the appointment may be marked as a no-show and cancelled.

Please plan to come in 10-15 minutes before your appointment to allow a little time to talk through your intake and come up with a plan of care.

Cancellation Policy- Life happens, but please respect the time I set aside for your session.

• 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the session. If you cancel your session and reschedule for a different day I will charge you 25% of the missed session.
• Repeat late cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.

No-Show Policy- If you miss your appointment without any prior notice:

• You will be charged the full session fee.
• You may be required to prepay before booking again.

No-shows create a gap that could have been filled by someone else in need of care.

Last-Minute Bookings- Depending on availability, same-day appointments may be accepted, but please understand:

• Short-notice sessions are subject to limited availability.
• Payment or confirmation may be required up front.

Weather/Emergency Exceptions- In the case of severe weather, illness, or emergency.

• Fees may be waived at the therapists discretion.
• Please reach out as soon as possible if something comes up.

Payment Policies-

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Cash
• Credit/Debit cards
• Check
• Gift cards or prepaid packages

Refunds- 

• Payments for completed sessions are non-refundable.
• No refunds are given for missed appointments or late cancellations.
• Prepaid sessions or packages are non-refundable.

Prepayment or Deposits- 

• For all new clients I require a 25% deposit for the massage. 

Health & Safety-

Sick Policy- Clients who are feeling unwell should reschedule. I reserve the right to cancel/reschedule appointment for illness or safety free of charge.

Inappropriate Behavior- Any inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session, full charge, and refusal of future service.

Cleanliness- Clients are expected to arrive clean for their appointment.

Intake Forms & Communication-

New Clients- Must fill out intake form before their first session. If not completed prior it will interfere with your session time. All intakes will be emailed to you.

Update- Clients should inform the therapist of any medical or health changes before each session.

Open Communication- Clients are encouraged to speak up during sessions regarding pressure, temperature, or comfort.

Packages & Gift Certificates-

Expiration- 

• Packages expire 12 month from the purchase date.
• Gift Certificates expire 12 months from the purchase date.

Non-Refundable- 

• All packages and gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Transferability- 

• Packages are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser.
• Gift certificates are transferable and can be used by anyone who presents the certification code.

Booking & Redemption-

• Gift certificates and packages can be redeemed online or in person using the provided code.
• Please mention your gift certificate or package when scheduling to ensure proper application.

No-Shows & Late Cancellations- 

• Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will result in one session being deducted from your package.
