It's a joint effort! Move better, feel great!
I've always had a hard time sitting still. From the time I was able to walk, I've lived a very active life, with my fair share of achievements and injuries. Over the course of my personal recreation as well as my formal education, I've come to truly understand how important movement is to maintaining health and wellbeing.
My approach to body work is goal oriented and specific, however, I understand that every client I have the pleasure of working with, is an individual case. Every client requires a tailored experience that suits their needs.
At the end of the day, massage is a joint effort and I enjoy making my sessions as much about empowering and educating my clients as well as helping them feel better.
