Hello!
My name is Abagail Rockwood LMT, and owner of Breathe in Massage by Abby. Ever since I could remember I had a desire to help people, and what better way to help than to help you with your self-care.
Breathe in Massage by Abby is located within Lifetime Wellness Chiropractic Center right on Main St. in Eden, NY.
My primary goal as a Licensed Massage Therapist is to provide you a therapeutic massage in a relaxing environment. Currently, I will be offering relaxing Swedish Massage, as well as deep tissue massage. Also available is an add-on of dynamic cupping to help release and relax trigger points and tight muscles.
