Welcome! I have been a Bodywork Practitioner since 2016. It is my Joy to provide Massage Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage Therapy. I also provide Cancer Support and Gentle Massage. My work specializes in stimulating the Parasympathetic Nervous System, as your body allows me to ease in layer by layer to unwind fascia, loosen adhesions, and clear congestion in the tissues. Clients have remarked they leave my table feeling "Lighter and Taller".
I created the word "Bodinuity" as a love letter to a state of harmony. I believe "Bodinuity" occurs when a person enters a state of living where physical body and energetic body synchronize into unity.
