“Where touch and empathy meet, miracles unfold”

As a massage therapist I’m able to prove that massage has the ability to heal mind, body and spirit.  The power of touch is extremely vital to the human psychology.  I accomplished becoming a massage therapist from the Swedish Institute in 2008.  In 2022 I obtained my lymphatic drainage certification.   I incorporate Eastern and Western philosophies to restore the body to a state of homeostasis.

I have treated people with a variety of ailments from sport injuries, autoimmune diseases, edema, cancer and heart disease.  I create my treatments to benefit my patient not every person is the same. Not everyone reacts the same to a treatment. I am constantly learning and adjusting my technique.

I go with my instincts. My hands guide me to the body’s problem areas. Once I find an area that requires attention I stay with it until the area feels lucid and range of motion has improved.  This may require more time or less time depending on how the musculature responds to treatment.  My intention is to break up knots, but also cater to my patients needs. I would like to think I use good judgment to improve mobility. Our bodies operate best when they are loose and free of pain.
