This is your all in one service for mind & body. We will consult over what you plan to get out of this service and we will decide if Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Aromatherapy, Reflexology or Lymphatic drainage is best.

This is your all in one massage for release of muscle tension and pain. We will consult on best technique for relief. Techniques can include Trigger point, Muscle scraping, Cupping therapy, Stretching, Sports massage.

Prenatal massage

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. Issues be discussed at appointment.
