Enter our "Stress Free Zone."  It's okay to take care of yourself.  No one else can do it for you. Whether you need to de-stress and relax, decrease pain, improve alignment or range of motion, we have the treatment for you.  We will customize a treatment plan to fulfill your needs. This may include a relaxation or hot stone massage, a pain relieving therapeutic massage or go ahead and try one of our Signature sessions like the Triple Threat or Dual Therapist Massage. Essential oils can be added on to enhance your relaxation or pain relieving session even more. Other modalities like: deep lymphatic therapy, clothed massage, prenatal massage, deep tissue massage with Theragun treatment,  myofascial release, and Reiki may also be in order.  Often time sessions include a variety of these techniques or modalities.
