Orthopedic Massage Waves started in Altoona, Iowa in 2015 till 2019. We were located in a salon and spa. In 2019 we wanted to take a different approach and we moved to a chiropractic office off of NE 14th street in Des Moines till the beginning of 2020 where we had to share our space. In 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic closure we found a place that met all our needs in Urbandale.

We took great strides in 2020 at building a stronger foundation and will continue to build that stronger foundation in 2021.

Here at Orthopedic Massage Waves we strive to bring relief to your life through our massage techniques and focusing on the whole you. We work with many other professionals to have lasting results.
