I’ve been practicing as a massage therapist since 2001. I trained at the Indiana College of Bodywork Modalities in Indianapolis IN. My training involved 800 contact hours for the Therapeutic Massage program and 750 contact hours for the Medical Massage program. Lymphatic Drainage is my primary focus of therapy however I am proficient in many other modalities such as Myofascial Release treatments, Cranial Sacral therapy, Trigger Point therapy, and Energy therapy.
