Massage Therapy is what your body needs. You never know what kind the pressure your body needs until you come and lay on the warm table. Swedish massage is a good pressure to start. Deep Tissue will release tightness, but a nice and deep treatment to the neck can make the difference if you had a whiplash. Cupping will improve circulation.
