At A Touch of Solitude, we continue to use masks (when working the upper torso region only) as a gentle preventative measure to help reduce the spread of the common cold and flu, ensuring a comfortable and healthy environment for everyone. Clients are welcome to bring their own mask. If you do not have one, we are happy to accommodate you by draping a cloth over your nose and mouth however a mask is essential when working a passive stretching session for the neck region.

Monday - Saturday You can schedule your appointment between 11am - and the last massages ends at 9pm. It maybe possible to schedule a time that you don't see available on the online however a phone call is required. ATOS Is not available for walk in appointments a phone call is necessary.
