Care is designed for clients experiencing swelling, congestion, fibrosis, scar restriction, tissue texture changes, limited mobility, recovery-related concerns, or visible changes in the face and body.
The ELEV8 Approach
Every body responds differently.
Rather than applying the same sequence or intensity to every client, care is guided by your current presentation, tissue response, recovery stage, and goals.
Sessions may include manual lymphatic drainage, tissue-response assessment, surgery recovery support, advanced scar and tissue work, mobility-focused techniques, and carefully selected supportive technologies.
Technology is used to support the session—not to replace skilled hands-on assessment or individualized clinical reasoning.
Clinical Lymphatic Therapy
Focused full-body or targeted care designed to support fluid movement, circulation, tissue mobility, and ongoing lymphatic maintenance.
This service may be appropriate for swelling, fluid retention, heaviness, congestion, puffiness, reduced activity, travel-related stagnation, or maintenance between more advanced sessions.
Surgery Recovery
Thoughtful, stage-appropriate lymphatic and tissue care before or after a procedure.
Sessions may support post-surgical swelling, tissue sensitivity, firmness or developing fibrosis, scar restriction, changes in mobility, and uneven tissue response.
The 60-minute option is best for a focused region. The 90-minute option allows additional time for multiple surgical areas or more complex recovery needs.
8ELEVEN Wellness does not replace medical care. Clients should continue following all instructions from their surgeon or medical team.
Advanced Tissue & Scar Care
Focused care for persistent or more complex tissue concerns following surgery, injury, inflammation, or long-standing compensation.
This work may support scar restriction, fibrosis, adhesions, reduced tissue mobility, persistent texture changes, directional tension, and structural compensation.
Lymphatic-Led Recovery and Contour Support
Body contouring is most effective when the body is able to respond.
At 8ELEVEN, aesthetic support begins by considering swelling, congestion, tissue texture, fibrosis, skin changes, and recovery patterns before progressing into more intensive remodeling techniques.
