Experience the ancient healing art of Traditional Thai Massage, often described as "lazy person's yoga" due to its unique blend of acupressure, rhythmic compression, and assisted yoga-like stretching. Performed on a comfortable custom-made floor mat without the use of oils, you remain fully clothed in loose comfortable attire.
Your therapist will use their hands, elbows, knees, and feet to apply pressure along the body's energy pathways ("Sen" lines), guiding your body through various movements to release tension and improve energy flow. this holistic treatment helps to:

Darlene offers several variations of Thai Bodywork, such as Table Thai and Chair Massage if you are unable to get up and down from the mat on the floor.
Rest & Restore is a deeply relaxing, traditional therapeutic massage with jojoba oil, essential oils (unless you do not prefer them), hot stones, & hot towels. This is a great way to destress and relax your nervous system while you regain your mind/body connection.
