Relax Refresh Renew
I'm Tiffany Wheeldon and I'm the owner/sole practitioner at 3R Massage LLC. What does 3R stand for? Relax, Refresh, Renew - that's how I want you to feel at the end of a session with me. We will work on your breathing and focusing on relaxation during your session and the general outcomes that I want you to feel at the end are refreshed and renewed to tackle whatever is going on in your world. I will accomplish this by listening to your needs. Each session is completely customized to your needs for a theraputic session.
I provide a professional general relaxation or therapeutic massage along with offering Hot/Cold Stone, Acupressure, and Himalayan Salt Stone as add on techniques. Each of these sessions can be further customized with aromatherapy if you desire. I also offer prenatal massage with a table that will allow you to lie flat like normal through most of your pregnancy. Infant massage is done in your home as an additional service.
After a series of events in July/August 2022, I am also trained in Burn Scar Massage Therapy. Please reach out to me prior to scheduling so I can ensure that I can meet your needs.
I am located in Prole, Iowa by appointment during evenings only. Use the scheduler to check availablity. Please park in the driveway closest to my mailbox and knock on the door closest to the garage. There is a sign hanging in the screen door that says 3R Massage.
