Welcome to Linda Shelton's Tranquil Touch Therapy, established 2006 with the goal to bring a harmonious balance of the whole self.
We are here to help co-create and restore balance in body, mind and spirit. Our offering of intuitive massage & natural spa treatments, Reiki healing, and spiritual coaching, is designed as a guide in one's journey to optimal health.
Healing can be accomplished by using various methods. The first source is self, which is what Reiki and spiritual coaching offers; a guide to internal healing, by attuning oneself to the rhythm in realm of spirit. Then there is the aid received outside of self. In this setting, massage, the sense of touch, is used to bring attention, circulation and reduced inflammation where the body is in need of recovery, rejuvenation, and realization.
