I grew up in Central Mississippi, where my journey into holistic healing began at an early age under the guidance of my paternal grandmother, who taught me the foundations of energy work. In 1998, I became a Reiki Master, and in 2003, I became a Licensed Massage Therapist. Combining these skills and years of experience, my mission is to provide a safe, welcoming space where clients can relax, heal, restore balance, and find their Zen.
