I was trained in 2004 at Seattle Reflexology and Massage and have since enjoyed sharing the beautiful art of Reflexology and foot pain treatment.
Wanting to expand my knowledge and treatment abilities in 2010 I trained at Renton Technical College in Massage and have been helping people with Injury treatment and relaxation ever since. I use a combination of techniques including cupping, Gua Sha, abdominal massage, Manual lymphatic drainage and others to help you recover quickly from stress and injury.
I have practiced Esoteric Energy work since 2003. I combine Reiki, guided meditation and other energy practices to clear chakras, balance your body and energies, clear past energetic traumas, and past life issues.
I believe we hold past trauma and injury within our tissues and like to work with the parasympathetic nervous system to gently release your injuries. While many techniques I use are gentle the work is deep and lasting.
