About Equilibrium Massage

My name is Stephanie, I am the Sole Proprietor of Equilibrium Massage. I am a dual-licensed massage therapist. I have been a massage therapist for over 12 years. I am trained in many modalities and have over 150 hours of continuing education in massage. While I am trained in modalities that I do not provide as stand-alone services, I use my knowledge of those modalities to create a well-rounded service that suits the client's needs. My massage session is customized and consists of incorporated techniques from- Swedish, Russian Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Movement and Structural Integration. I believe that massage is essential for wellness both for the body and the mind.

Stephanie is the absolute best! Go see her and see for yourself. She’s professional, calm & soothing. She provides a genuine service for a genuine price. I leave there feeling relaxed and not in pain. Have had neck pain and she just works her magic each time. It’s lessoned each time and I can function again.

Relaxing, smelled amazing, heat felt good. I felt like every inch of my body was massaged from head to toe. She felt tension and worked a little harder on the tough areas. She asked questioned before the session to get a feel of what I was looking for. Definitely will book again.
