Personally, I found Shiho to be very nice and professional, but as someone who gets almost weekly massage, I found her lacking in technique, skill and knowledge of anatomy.
While I am a BIG guy (former footballer), that never is an issue with excellent therapists. Her strokes were a combination of a long efflurage Swedish-like with a squeezing/pinching motion that was quite unpleasant. We went through the slow process of entering my primary reason for the massage - my lower back pain (L4) on her Ipad, but then I was started face up and she spent most of the time on every other part of my body except for the affected area which was left for last.
Sadly, I knew just a few minutes in that it would not be a great experience. I hate to post bad reviews of anyone, especially nice people like Shiho. But for nearly $200. I expected much better.
According to her good reviews, she might be a great match for someone else, but in my case it was a waste. Oh well, better luck next time, I guess. I will try again with this company though.
