In 2004, I graduated from massage school in Albuquerque and began working alongside physical and occupational therapists, including one-on-one time with a certified hand therapist. This foundation strengthened my understanding of injury recovery and sensitive conditions. Since then, I’ve specialized in chronic pain, oncology massage, massage for palliative and hospice care, trauma-informed techniques, and myofascial therapies such as cupping and gua sha—all focused on helping clients find relief and restoration.
Recently, I’ve been awarded a Master Diploma from Light University, in Mental Health Coaching. I'm excited to explore somatic practices that integrate body, mind, and spirit. I’ve begun offering an optional, gentle blended approach for clients interested in exploring emotional as well as physical healing. For everyone else, I continue to provide the compassionate, professional massage care my clients have trusted for years.
