Kandle
Salway is a licensed Massage Therapist with more than 20 years of experience.
She graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in 1998 and became
licensed in Oregon in January of 1999. Kandle had a successful practice in
Oregon for many years. She conducted her practice through Timberhill Athletic
Club where she had many repeat clients, while also traveling locally to
sporting events, business offices, county fairs and renaissance fairs to offer
her expertise. Kandle is exceptionally experienced with at- home exclusive
massages, where she takes particular care to be professional and respectful of
the client’s needs and home. Kandle has continued her education over the years
through several different modalities. One of the most notable of these
educational trainings was the opportunity to go to Beijing, China in September
of 2004, where she trained with doctors at the Olympic sports hospital,
focusing on Tuina massage techniques. When her family relocated to Utah in
2004, Kandle took a sabbatical from massage work to raise her 6 children, mentor
high school drama, and help breed poodles, before going back to school in 2021.
She attended Renaissance College Massage Program and became licensed in Utah in
2021. Kandle has been trained in Swedish, Prenatal, Deep Tissue, Tuina,
Reflexology, Cranial Sacral, Polarity and Chair massage modalities. She enjoys
British literature, eating ice cream, practicing her knowledge of essential
oils and herbs, and participating in Tough Mudder obstacle courses. She is passionate about continual learning
and helping her clients achieve health and healing through massage.
