Krista Meghan, LMT, is a graduate of the Academy of Massage Therapy and Bodywork’s in Pottstown, PA. Krista’s goal with each therapeutic session is to make her clients feel heard. Bodywork is important to your body’s movement, healing, and wellness. Krista offers Swedish and deep tissue therapeutic massage, inspired by different modalities such as myofascial release, sports massage, and lymphatic drainage that influence her flow.

Krista is located within Awaken and Restore Massage & Wellness on Fridays. 

Krista also holds a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology from West Chester University. Outside of massage, she loves learning about other cultures, visiting museums, and spending time with her family.
