Grounded Essence Healing is a multifaceted healing practice offering massage therapy and herbal medicine to aid people in developing a safe, grounded, and expansive relationship with their own bodies. I specialize in working with survivors of childhood sexual abuse; however, anyone who struggles bridging the gap between their inner world and outside expectation is welcome!

PRICING: My services are available at sliding scale prices, and I offer payment plans.
Massage sessions:
60 minute massage: $110 - $130 ($120 full market value)
75 minute massage: $125 - $155 ($140 full market value)
90 minute massage: $140 - $180 ($160 full market value)
