I'm obsessed when it comes to learning about anatomy & physiology, functional movement, breathwork, nutrition and any other way to feel energized and at peace within my body and mind. I love massage because I live and see the benefits of bodywork. Having dealt with a lot of body pain myself because of EDS (overly stretchy connective tissue) I've learned ways to release pain and tension within myself, allowing me a deeper understating of pain patterns within others. Life is hectic and no one is immune to stress. I also understand you're a badass that forgets to relax, thinking you need to be "on" all the time. But taking to to renew gets you further.
