I became a massage therapist because I fell in love with taking care of myself — physically, mentally, and emotionally. At some point I realized that how I show up for everything in my life depends entirely on how well I've taken care of myself. When I'm holding stress in my body, I can't perform at the level I want to. Nothing works the way it should.
That realization changed how I live — and eventually, it changed what I do for work. Because I see it everywhere: people carrying enormous weight, day after day, without ever making the time to actually set it down. Not because they don't want to, but because nobody taught them how, and the world keeps moving whether they rest or not.
This practice is my answer to that. A space where the world stops, for an hour or two, and the only thing on the agenda is you.
Know someone who just 's massages?
Go on, be a good friend and share MassageBook with them. They'll love you for it.
