Pain relief isn't just about relief, it's about reclaimation. Reclaiming time, energy, patience, and play from long lasting pain relieves a weight that many people forget that they are holding. Being in pain is freaking exhausting and my mission is help you get that energy back.
When I began suffering from debilitating back pain early in my career, I was astounded at the impact it had on every facet of my life. I learned to fear movement, knowing that at any moment, my back spasm leaving be breathless and couch bound. Most massages that I received failed to help and often made the pain worse. I got really curious about why that was and began to explore the world of bodywork, trying to find a long lasting solution.
The work that I do now is the culmination of more than a decade of study and experimentation. Through myofascial release techniques blended with a whole bunch of other modalities I have picked up along the way, I have helped thousands resolve long term pain and heal from injury or surgery. Our bodies are pretty incredible and when given the right support, we are enormously capable of reducing and eliminating pain.
