Now Offering: Pilates! Pilates is a functional movement practice that prevents and rehabilitates injuries by re-educating body mechanics both in and out of the studio. Every body can do Pilates, and here you will find specialized one-on-one attention to your specific goals. If you find that bodywork alone does not provide long term results for your aches and pains, it's time to try moving your body with an instructor with over a decade of injury rehab experience. While working toward certification, private sessions are offered at a fraction of average studio pricing. Group classes are in the works at a TBD location, and remote over video.
