As a certified massage therapist and health educator, I have seen how massage therapy can enrich your quality of life. I learned that massage is more than just relaxation, it is a way to help people with their muscular pains and reduce the stress of day to day.
Massage therapy is used in western medicine as well as oriental and holistic medicine. The well-known benefits of massage are varied and far-reaching, for example, as an accepted part in physical rehabilitation programs.
Massages help acute and chronic muscular pain, proven to be a natural way to manage many conditions, such as; lower back pain, fibromyalgia, neck pain, sciatica, migraines and more. It increases serotonin, which is a natural pain reducer as well as releases endorphins, the natural pain killer, Aids with range of motion, anxiety, sleep, tension and stress of everyday living that can lead to disease and illness.
My focus is to customize your treatment to enhance your experience and target your individual needs.
In my years of experience I work in sports events and chiropractors to help patients with their aches caused by car accidents, work accidents, or just pain caused by muscle tension for a personal well being (within the scope of practice). Now I am taking a new challenge to reach more people to help them with my knowledge.
