Charlene, I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your experience with us. We always have water for our guests at the end of their session. I apologize that wasn't your experience. Also, it would definitely seem inappropriate to take payment from guests in the massage room. As a frequent receiver of massage myself, I always check-out and pay in the lobby, so I am not sure that I would do this differently. I hope you find a place that is a better fit for you!
Thank you for the feedback. We do have a sign up front when you come in that directs guests to our relaxation room in the back but maybe it needs to be a little more prominent? I will definitely look into tha!
