Service Received: Recharge Ritual with Christin F.
I was disappointed in the atmosphere of Royal Care Lifestyle. There was no one at reception to greet me and check me in. However, there were several people elsewhere in the building. During my 2 hour treatment, there was no-stop chatter, laughing and full volume conversations happening in the next room and the hallway. I could hear every word. I was also disappointed that there were no towels offered at the end of the treatment. My therapist was professional but the facility was not.
