Honestly it wasn’t a good experience at all. Kim was nice but the massage was very disappointing. She did not seem experienced and the set up wasn’t comfortable. I did not feel relaxed or like I had my problem areas (hips/glutes) properly addressed. She used incredibly firm pressure on my neck and spent a significant time there, even though I told her that area did not bother me and that I specifically was looking for pain relief in my hip area. If anything I left with neck discomfort and no relief to my hip area. I also think for a pregnancy massage a wedge or some other set up would be much better than a stack of pillows. The bolster was uncomfortable/hard under my neck and when I asked to move it she seemed put off. Overall a bad experience and I was so looking forward to it.

A advertise lactation massage on their website but not trained to do it. Very disappointing for someone struggling with breastfeeding.

I was definitely underwhelmed with the prepare for labor massage, which was disappointing because I really looked forward to it. My precious two massages were amazing but this prepare for labor disappointed.
