I was called 20 minutes before my appointment to reschedule because the heat wasn’t on, this appointment was very important to me because, as I had explained on my intake form, I was hit by a semi truck on the expressway on January 6, and I haven’t found any relief. I finally got the approval from the insurance company for massage, and I really feel that along with physical therapy I will get better. I made this appointment because this was the time that fit into my schedule. After some back and forth we settled for 30 minutes later than my scheduled appointment.
