Paula asks what areas need attention and listens to what you tell her, then proceeds to address those issues to relieve the areas of tension, tightness, and pain. She makes sure the pressure used is tolerable. You leave feeling loosened up, with reduced pain, and improved range of motion. :) I have recommended her to several people for them to seek help them with their issues.

Outstanding experience! Paula is obviously high skilled and focused professional. A very amiable personality as well. My visit with Paula was like visiting a dear empathic friend who relaxed exhuasted muscles and realigned sarcomeres.

Paula always customizes the massage based on your needs which can change from visit to visit. At my last session, she helped restore flexibility to a foot that had been stiff and swollen since surgery 4 months ago. Highly recommended.
